How do I clear lines?

Drag pieces from the tray onto the 8×8 grid. When you completely fill any row or column, those tiles clear and you score points. Filling multiple lines at once gives a combo bonus.

When does the game end?

The game ends when none of the three pieces in your tray can fit anywhere on the board. Plan ahead — leaving room for larger pieces is the key to long runs.

I lost my high score after reinstalling. Can it be recovered?

High scores are stored locally on your device only. We do not back them up to a server, so reinstalling the app or switching devices clears them. We recommend keeping the app installed if you want to preserve your best score.

How do I turn off ads?

The game shows banner ads to keep it free. Optional rewarded ads (e.g. for the daily reward) can always be skipped — choose Not now instead. We do not currently offer a paid ad-removal upgrade.

I tapped “Watch Ad” but didn’t get my reward.

Make sure you watched the full ad without skipping or losing internet connection mid-ad. If the issue keeps happening, please email us with your device model and a description of what you tapped — that helps us reproduce it.

The game is slow or stuttering.

Try closing other apps and restarting your phone. If you’re on a low-power mode, disabling it usually helps. Still seeing issues? Send us your device model and OS version.

How do I report a bug?

Email MerlotGamez@gmail.com with: (1) what you were doing when the bug happened, (2) your device model and OS version, and (3) a screenshot if relevant. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
